Mosaic continues to evaluate safety protocols in how to best structure the return-to-work model and balance the needs of the business.
The NASS HR Connect Representative will serve as a resource to provide customer service support to employees by responding to employee inquiries and questions. Responsibilities will include providing information regarding company policies, procedures and programs; processing requests/documents; and updating HR systems while ensuring efficient delivery of customer service to employees in compliance with Mosaic policy and all state/provincial laws and federal regulations. Work streams include but are not limited to: HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Records, Mail Services, Compensation, Payroll/Time, Benefits, and Leave Administration.
What will you do?
Collaborate with team members in the functional areas, seeking input/assistance as needed.
Update organizational, personal and job data changes and manage employee documentation on HR systems.
Share information to allow for transparent knowledge transfer and effective overall capability of the HR functional team, and ensures confidentiality is maintained in all transactions.
Process and provide support to HR requests such as benefit plan enrollment forms and employee separation/leaves documentation.
Ensure time and attendance sign off, providing support, education and direction to people leaders as needed, and prepares and sends all required information for Payroll team before closing of time and attendance.
Enter all incoming inquiries and documents in detail utilizing the case management system to ensure seamless transition from one representative to another.
Review documentation and report continuous status updates, guidance, and information to customers, key stakeholders, and peers within the HR functional area team(s) to ensure case resolution.
Provide feedback and work with the Continuous Improvement team to recommend process improvements to management.
Respond to questions on standard, administrative procedures and practices via multiple channels (e.g. ServiceNow, e-mail, phone).
Educate customers of HR and encourages self-service tools when appropriate. Escalates non-routine matters to appropriate individuals.
Assist with providing onboarding and orientation of new employees as well as providing training to new HR staff on the routine day-to-day tasks.
What do you need for this role?
A high school diploma/GED is required
A minimum of one-year experience in HR support or payroll experience is required
General knowledge of human resources, benefits administration, payroll, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and/or leave administration preferred
A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with a case tracking system such as Service Now is preferred
Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Peoplesoft is preferred
Demonstrated verbal, written and listening communication skills
Demonstrated ability handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels within the organization across Mosaic
Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical and judgement skills
Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment
Basic conflict resolution skills for handling employee situations preferred
