Position Summary
Under Armour is looking for a qualified, driven HR Coordinator to provide administrative and recruiting support for the business. The HR Coordinator works closely with HR Leadership and Recruiters and will play an important role in ensuring a positive internal teammate and external candidate experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Act as initial point of contact for all HR related questions and direct team members to appropriate resource(s).
Assist with business unit-related communications specific to HR, Benefits and Talent Acquisition events.
Work closely with HR Leader, Generalist, Teammate Relations and Recruiting to schedule meetings, communicate with teammates and provide insight as needed.
Serve as a resource to the retail team for HR-system related questions, troubleshooting issues and escalates as needed.
Ensure all HR system changes are processed accurately and promptly.
Provide administrative support, as needed to HRBP (including creating and maintaining headcount & turnover reporting and support with scheduling, coordinating, and preparing for key meetings).
Assist with writing and sending communications to the retail stores regarding HR related updates.
Support with tracking all temporary retail manager assignments across the field.
Create, submit, and ensure completion of job requisitions for managers, in partnership with HR generalist and HR operations. Assist with HR audits and clean-up, as needed.
Primary contact for all business unit job postings and interviews. Working closely with Talent Acquisition on scheduling interviews, creating interview itineraries, giving site tours, and being the primary point of contact for internal and external candidates.
Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town interviews, including travel, hotel and any other special scheduling requests.
Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable UA Brand Ambassador to external candidates and office visitors.
Respond to recruiting related inquiries from internal or external candidates on a variety of topics such as application status, recruiting process or scheduling related questions.
Support on-site teammate engagement activities.
Manage special projects as assigned

MS Office proficiency is required – advanced knowledge of Excel a plus
Internet software and database software required
Previous experience working in HRIS and ATS systems preferred
Education And / Or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Requirements
Work-Life Integration Designation: Two (2) days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote at home
