Human Resource Assistant
Granny's Helpful Hands, LLC is a small, family-owned, Home Health Care Company serving the Twin Cities area. We take great pride in being a part of the Twin Cities community Our organization needs a self-motivated and experienced HR Assistant to support our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the department, assisting with the hiring process, scheduling new employee orientations, and training and entering of employment records into our HR database. If you are a professional with a strong sense of discretion and a background in data entry, we want to hear from you.
We are currently looking to fill the Role of Human Resource Assistant.
Human Resources Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Supports Human Resource Coordinator by administering tests, scheduling appointments, orientation, maintaining records and information.
Coordinate with Human Resource Coordinate to schedule new hire trainings.
Assisting applicants’ with creating continuing education & skill assessments.
Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.
Meet & greet new employees upon arrival for interview.
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
Organizes work.
Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Human Resources Assistant is a full-time position Monday, Wednesday, & Friday’s -8am-4pm
$16hr, attractive Benefit Package (STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Simple IRA up to 3% match)
8 Paid Holidays, PTO after 90days & a Wonderful Group of Leadership & Staff
