Director, Employee Experience Business Partner
to support RingCentral's C-level leaders. As a Director, EXBP you are a savvy partner to our business leaders aligning talent solutions to help solve interesting business challenges and opportunities. We seek a partner who enjoys collaborating with all levels of employees with the aim of creating value for our business, the organization and people. Our business partner's service delivery model aligns the work to the business unit and everything we do in service of the business strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with assigned client group to drive meaningful and effective talent, performance and
succession planning outcomes
* Lead organizational assessments and interventions to enable cohesion and enhance productivity
across our businesses
* Bring critical thinking to iterate, build on and innovate new ways to create even higher levels of
employee engagement. Challenge the status quo
* Be a fact-based executive coach, using a blend of facilitation skills and observable data to
enhance performance
* Be curious and ask why in service of developing the best possible product for our leaders and
employees
* Leverage and engage partnership across the HR function, your assigned client group and other
support functions to deliver the best possible outcomes that create value for our business,
customers and employees
* Use data and analytics to inform, influence and shape next steps, programs or initiatives
* Be the consultant to help managers build their skills in the business of people management
* Be responsible for and ensure execution of various activities regarding client specific support; this could include compensation reviews, retention and attrition needs, performance calibration activities (not limited to)
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or other related field is a must
* MA/MS/MBA is highly preferred
* 8-10 years of Human Resources BP or OD experience
* Experience working in large global multi-national corporation, dealing with layered and varied
business opportunities and challenges
* Experience in crafting organizational design and organizational development intervention
that often cut across functions and geographies, always mindful of implications to the business, our employees and customers
* Subject matter knowledge in the art of change management, crafting purpose led plans and
leading and enabling change to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated success in tying people-based solutions in service of business strategy and
creating value through people that impacts results for the business
* An analytic mindset, using data to inform and influence outcomes as well as a diagnostic tool.
* Use business knowledge and critical thinking to craft and drive principle-based outcomes
Key Knowledge and Skills Required:
* Consistent track record to strategically partner and connect with key business partners in a
highly consultative manner
* Strong eye for business and understanding of the business model, operations and structure for the assigned organizations
* Has a bias for action and works in collaboration with others to deliver results on time always
* Strong execution and facilitation skills and ability to drive complex projects to completion with multiple partners in a fast-paced environment

If you are hired in New York or Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $150,000 and $190,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
