Description Administer and communicate HR policies and procedures Maintain payroll, scheduling and attendance via the Kronos system Provide excellent customer service to all Teammates Responsible for safety and worker’s compensation administration/procedures Responsible for administering FMLA/LOA procedures Coordinate and Administer employee relations activities Coordinate and facilitate orientation Responsible for all hourly staffing and recruiting needs: internal posting and external hiring, and manage temporary staffing needs Maintain position control/management and complete all Teammate position/rate changes Assist with investigations and Teammate relations concerns as appropriate Administer pre-employment screening and conduct drug testing Maintain PeopleSoft database Enable effective communications throughout the facility Other duties as assigned Qualifications Associates Degree required, prefer Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 1 - 3 years HR generalist experience Excellent interpersonal communication skills Ability to multi-task Proven record of dependability and reliability Excellent PC skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with Kronos, PeopleSoft systems and Taleo is a plus ,
