LivePerson is currently seeking a creative and talented professional to join our team as a
HR Business Partner
as part of the People Group team based in
the Germany
reporting to the
HR Director EMEA
. The
HR Business Partner EMEA
is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Business Partner function with a focus in the areas of onboarding, employee relations, strategic talent programs and operations for our EMEA locations (currently Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria and The Netherlands) with a main focus on the Germany and UK.
Over the next three years, we want to massively shift the 268BN analogue phone calls between a brand and it’s consumers to digital on the LiveEngage platform. By doing this, we enable the consumer to get back their time and have a more connected relationship with the brand in which sales, service, marketing, branches, stores, and contact centre’s become a unified experience. We need to deliver the highest quality consumer experience whether it be by a live or artificial agent, powered by IBM and other cognitive partners as well as vertical consumer facing bot plays, whether it be through the brand’s mobile, web, or digital properties or through our distribution partners like Apple, Facebook, Google, Amazon, and Line.

Serve as the first point of contact for client groups. Address and resolve requests, concerns and inquiries
Handle and resolves employee relations issues that are either less complex in nature, or occur at more junior levels in the client group

getting to know your business, workforce, and identifying the drivers that make us reach our goals!
Collect and analyze data on staffing levels, budgets and salary information. Identify issues and make suggestions as appropriate
Support monthly payroll processing by tracking employee related changes
Analyze results from our employee survey and advise, create and implement on possible solutions or new initiatives
We
maintain high standards -
we support the business in achieving its objectives
Identify and escalate HR concerns and risks
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, working conditions, and employee benefits.
Process benefit applications, coordinate benefit enrollment and handle associated correspondence.
Partner with your group on how to better achieve their goals

Requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of human resources experience, preferably as
a HR business partner and/or HR operations.
Knowledge of employment law of the Germany, and other territories like UK, Italy, France, Spain, Bulgaria and The Netherlands are a plus.
The position requires a self-starter with excellent problem analysis/resolution, employee relations, training and consulting skills.
Talent Insights experience, using a variety of data analytical frameworks to influence decisions
Proven ability to effectively build and leverage professional relationships and work well within a team approach environment.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Demonstrated ability to drive change, associated deliverables and influence adoption of new ideas.
Must be a strong collaborator as the role requires to partner with other HR teams.
Very good command of the English language a must, additional European languages a plus
High level of accuracy, detail orientation and strong computer skills.
Works well independently, as needed, with limited supervision.
