Job Details:

The Summer Intern will work within the HR department and safety areas. They will also gain exposure to production operations. Our Interns are expected to contribute to our success through innovative ideas and value creation. Based on successful performance and the talent needs of our business Internships are intended to provide exposure to a real-life work environment and the opportunity to self-evaluate personal strengths and opportunities for further development and development of workplace competencies. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Recent high school graduate or actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university. Students seeking a degree in Human Resources or other business related field are preferred.

Experience: Previous work experience of any kind is preferred Computer Skills: Basic computer skills Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Special Skills: A successful candidate for an Intern position should possess the following: Be a motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn from others; ability to work independently or as part of a team; strong problem solving skills; time management and multi-tasking abilities; and strong interpersonal skills.
