u003culu003enu003cliu003eExecutive and critical role/function recruiting for our group of companies; including Corporate (Vancouver), VMF Estates, CDN Commercial, US Commercial, Mark Anthony Brewing and Mark Anthony Brands International.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eWhile full cycle recruiting support is required; the role will be focused on research, talent mapping, direct sourcing and lead follow up for VP positions in areas as commercial sales, marketing and innovation, supply chain, and winemaking.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eThe role will be the primary recruiter for some searches and then there will be ones, like the President roles, where the VP Talent and executive recruiter would work closely together given the level of candidates and stakeholder management required.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eTactical support would be building role overviews/briefs, interviews candidates, coordinating leadership assessments with vendors, preparing interviewers and candidates, running debrief sessions, extending offers and transitioning hires to onboarding stakeholders.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eBuild and maintain a CRM. There is a ton of names that we need to store and keep track of.
