Seeking an ambitious associate with one to four years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. Tasks include advising clients on compliance with wage and hour and other work regulations; handling administrative actions; and assisting in employment litigation and arbitrations, including drafting pleadings and motions, preparing and responding to discovery, and handling trials and arbitrations. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. Prior experience in employment law is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in California.
