Remote Recruiter Opportunity with Growing Start-up Company!
Accepting applications from TX, CA, NY, or CO
Responsibilities:
Partner to handle recruiting strategies and hiring process with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Member experience, and HR
Handle 10 reqs at a time. Filling Mid-level roles – sales, marketing, business operations, hospitality
Execute and improve full-cycle recruiting process identifying and closing top-tier talent
Recruit with inclusion, diversity and equity in mind and coach and support others to do the same
Partner with broader Talent & Culture team on recruiting brand and internal programs designed to create an exceptional associate experience
Identify talent pools to build pipeline and
nurture
relationships
with candidate for future roles
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
2 years in recruitment
Full-cycle recruiting in-house for a high-growth Start-up or Tech Industry experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, specifically proposals, negotiations, and closing candidates
Existing network to quickly build pipeline
Prior experience working with hiring managers and executive leadership
Ability to produce strategies for sourcing and engagement
Exceptional organizational skills, an eye for detail, and commitment for accurate, effective, and timely execution of recruiting activities
Drive to own the development of strong internal and external relationships
A sense of urgency and track record of personal accountability and a desire to deliver quality outcomes
Team Player with a desire to improve and exceed expectations across all aspects of this role
Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions
Effectively prioritize and
work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information
Pay:
$75,000 – $95,000
