The HRIS Analyst is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of the company’s HCM system (Workday) and is responsible for managing all Workday and HRIS related issues for internal clients through collaborating with US counterparts in HRIS, IT, Payroll and other internal departments. The associate supervises the data processing function for the Human Resources Department, including entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive HRIS data. In addition, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for maximizing technological capabilities to reduce manual processes, general maintenance of the HCM database, preparing ad-hoc/scheduled reports, and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Master and maintain detailed knowledge of the entire Workday HR product suite.Responsible for the strategic roadmap, delivery and maintenance of Workday.Create and define detailed business processes and training documents pertaining to Workday.Act as business expert and overseas all Workday and other HR Systems related issues.Ability to identify and resolve urgent issues that require a higher level of knowledge in order to provide same day resolution.Works to research and resolve technical issues.
