I am looking for someone able to really start to staff the various talents that I need and update the staffing system that I am building to manage my internal teams within being a programmer, but one that utilizes tech to support the various talents that I need working from me. While the talents are paid through freelance system, the will ultimately be picking up work through my system, as bidded upon by the foreign workers who discover some opportunities, but given my multimedia events supports volunteers of whom apply through our portal, local workers of whom apply through our portal, and various other platforms of which some of our coordinator uses to secure talents, I am looking for a HR person whos able to really bring in new age ways of me improving my subcontracting abilities, while saving tons of money, while at the same time be able to project a budget thats able to push all of my business to the next fiscal year given everything is done during covid. As the contractor, its important to get that I take on a lot of liability while dealing with the various artist negotiations and various contracts required to book the various talents performing at my locations. As a Hr specialist, I want someone thats able to make my platform really start to list the various artists being signed to our roster within the various forms thatll be connected to the HR portfolio. From technology, to entertainment, to multimedia events and design. Im really looking for someone who can speak english and want to gain the leadership skills associated with human resources, but also a coder able to support my team as a developer, that can engage me as the creative producer in evolving my platform and being one of the faces in management. As outsource workers, I do prioritize the most affordable workers given you are competing with locals as freelancers of whom are subjected to various governance rules, so while some may attract labour by offering cheap services, others may present affordable services but without any portfolios. I am looking for a talent able to come in and really start to deal with the various contractors and subcontractors, volunteers, etc, as I have a large promoter network and models as well as actors, theres a need to really create a repository so they can start to sign up and feel as though the platform is having a specialist thats there to support them during this time. While I run my development brand myself and have a range of things I do as someone who throws parties, a number of the key people I may send them texts, but some people I may refer to Hr to speak to them on behalf of the brand, so within some of the various cases, they may want to book studio time as I make beats for artists, and even speak to someone on the phone from the brand, so this way they understand within them invoicing the brand that if I do not want to speak to them directly as they may attempt to use their friendship to blur the lines of business, they can speak to agents of whom are being hired and trained to speak as directed by the brand. Please note that strong priority is given to individuals able to follow command. As an agent, you at as communicated by the agency in the best interest of the agency to serve the various inquiries as pertaining to resources of which you will be equipped with and updated on before responding, calling, or engaging any talents or inquirers looking to do business with the brand.
