**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking an experienced International Payroll Leader to join and give strategic leadership to our international payroll team to provide an accurate and timely payroll service across multiple international entities in the EMEA, APAC and Americas regions and to an excellent level of customer service.
The International Payroll Manager is also responsible for the project management of all payroll related projects and payroll vendor implementations and transitions across multiple entities. They will also collaborate closely with HR, Benefits, Stock Administration, IT and other cross functional teams as well as multiple third party vendors.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead the International Payroll Function across multiple time zones providing strategic and day to day management guidance;
Recruit, manage, coach, and develop payroll team members and support the continuous professional development and growth of the international payroll team;
Management of the external payroll vendor contracts, including the on-going; management of SLAs, service delivery and ensuring compliance to in-country reporting requirements;
Lead Payroll System Implementations & Transitions across multiple entities
Lead Project management for the International Payroll function involving:
Setting of Project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
Defining resources required both internal & external
Outline project budgets and track actual costs to budget
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones and activities
Managing delivery of the project according to plan
Tracking projects and providing regular updates on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and resources while Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Managing the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
Enable the payroll team to provide excellent customer service in resolving employee and system issues on all payroll related issues;
Lead the overall coordination and development of the international payroll services function;
Primary knowledge expert within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. for payroll related guidance on new policies, benefits , processes and controls;
Ensuring all payroll processing related controls, corporate policy and statutory requirements are adhered to;
Identify process improvements to ensure payroll meets its performance requirements in an efficient manner;
Updating the International Payroll teams knowledge in relation to any changes in statutory regulations or corporate policy or process;
Represent International Payroll on cross functional areas and initiatives with HR, Benefits, Stock Administration, IT and other cross functional teams;
Lead the payroll team to ensure Pure’s accounting team is supported as required on payroll matters.
What you will need to bring to this role …
10 years Payroll experience across EMEA, APAC & Americas
People Management experience including building, leading, and evolving performing teams
Strategic leadership, stakeholder management, change management and ability to collaborate across the internal and external teams
Project management skills, process improvement and leading cross-functional teams to make an impact and deliver work on time and on budget
Self-motivated with enthusiasm for change
Ability to balance multiple request and workloads while prioritizing and meeting key deadline
Familiarity with payroll accounting and reconciliations an advantage
Ability to effectively influence, communicate and present at all levels of the organization
Experience with ADP, Netsuite, SAP, Workday and ServiceNow is desirable
Excellent proficiency in Excel to perform data analysis, reports & dashboards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
