The HR Representative is responsible for supporting employees and managers on topics including hiring, relocation, benefits, career development, performance appraisals, compensation and promotions. The HR Representative is the first line of contact for management and employee queries, and assists the HR Manager in the design, development and implementation of various policies, programs and procedures, and administer these as directed.
The position will be based either in Occhiobello (RO) or Berra (FE).
Essential Responsibilities
Dedicate face time to support employees through interaction and feedback.
Conduct employee information meetings on employment policies, benefits and compensation. Participate in union related meetings where appropriate.
Act as first point of contact for employees regarding employment policies, benefits and compensation, employee relation issues
Act as an employee advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment
Assist business and line managers with interpreting and administering HR policies and programs.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate recruitment and training initiatives
Screen and review employment applications and interview applicants as required.
Assist in organizing internal events and local community events.
Participate in initiatives aimed continuously improving HR performance and employee motivation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards, the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.
Identifies, assesses and addresses potential issues in the workplace. Actively promotes continuous improvement of HR Policies and Standards.
Monitor the main HR KPI
Be hands on all admin processes related to employment lifecycle and payroll
Qualifications and Requirements
University Degree in Human Resources, or other HR related programs such as Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or Sociology
Fluent in English and Italian
Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with employees, managers and HR community
Passion to deliver high quality service to managers and employees.
Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
Capable of handling multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously and executing to completion
Ability to energize and manage in complex, matrix, goal-driven organizations
Willing to travel
