ABOUT THIS TEMP POSITION
This is a temporary position and the length of assignment is estimated to go from April 2022 to early July 2022 to help with workload coverage. The length of the assignment is always dependent on business need and dates may change. While the assignment would be at the Alliance, if selected, you would be an employee of a temporary employment agency that we would connect you with.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Supporting our Human Resources (HR) team and all of our employees, you will:
Serve as a point of contact for employees, responding to basic inquiries about policies, benefits, verification of employment, etc.
Perform accurate and timely data entry and basic system management support into our various HR systems (bonus points if you've ever worked in Paycom or Small Improvements)
Perform a variety of general department support duties, such as mail management, maintenance of files, proof-read documents, create and maintain departmental forms, templates and letters
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Some knowledge of:
Applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, and ability to interpret and explain
HR concepts, employee relations, compensation administration, training and other areas of HR and an understanding of how work may affect other functional areas
HR programs, services, policies, and practices and/or where to obtain information
HR Management Systems
Ability to:
Produce work that demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a timely way
Research, correctly interpret, summarize, and present complex information from a wide variety of sources, including policies to various stakeholders
Discuss and evaluate solutions to somewhat complex and varied problems
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field and one year of directly related HR experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience which provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be qualifying.

While this position is connected to one of our Alliance offices, we are in a fully telecommute work environment right now due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The interview and on-boarding process for this position will be completed remotely

COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement:
At this time, this position requires vaccination or regular testing upon office entry. Fully vaccinated is defined as receipt of the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer & Moderna vaccines) OR receipt of a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson); AND receipt of the booster (if eligible); AND a 2-week period having passed since the administration of the last vaccine dose. If you state that you are vaccinated, proof of vaccination must be submitted at time of hire.
