This position requires constant interaction with staff at all levels of seniority, across all departments, and across all regions, including AMER and EMEA, in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an operational-savvy expert who can make an impact by remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high-level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail at all times.This is a full-time role and will be based out of Singapore. This individual will be supporting the APAC team and must be able to work standard business hours within the APAC timezone.u00A0ResponsibilitiesPrepare and send employment agreements and offer documents for candidates based around the world, with a key focus on the APAC region.Onboard new hires into our HRIS system (Workday), ensuring accuracy with all inserted and integrated data.u00A0Collaborate with internal pre-boarding partners (IT, People, Learning and Development, Facilities teams) to ensure a positive pre-boarding experience for all new hires.Generate a variety of reports for different tasks (e.g. to audit new hires in Workday, a weekly new hire report to share with pre-boarding teams, validate completion of background checks for new hires, etc.)Work with and meet the needs of the teamu2019s partners and stakeholders across multiple time zones.Initiate, review and audit background checks, working closely with our background provider to ensure all new joiners are compliant.u00A0Routinely partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Legal, HR Business Partners, Immigration, and Global Mobility to ensure that offers are drafted accurately and sent in a timely mannerTake on ad-hoc projects as requested and necessary.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience4 years minimum in the Recruiting and/or HR fieldTrack record of successfully supporting the completion of tasks and projectsExperience with ATS (Jobvite preferred) and recruiting tools and systemsExperience with HRIS (Workday preferred)Youu2019re a persistent problem solver with strong follow-throughExperienced in developing and improving processesPossess strong written and verbal communication skills (more important than ever as we are all remote) with the ability to partner and influence across levels and functionsYou have a critical eye and a knack for figuring things outOrganized, efficient and proven ability to prioritize effectivelyDemonstrated ability to thrive working in a highly dynamic team environmentAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)We value diversity at our company.
