Twilio is looking for a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team focused on compensation adjustments and escalations. In this role you will be partnering closely with the Sales Organization to address and resolve compensation exceptions, working as an advocate for Sales as well as a good custodian of the business. You will be the project manager responsible for leading all aspects of the escalations process, which includes scenario modeling, communication and status updates to partners, and process enhancements. In addition, you will be responsible for calculating adjusted compensation with a high degree of accuracy.
Who?
Twilio is looking for an experienced professional who lives the Twilio Magic
and has a demonstrated track record of juggling multiple priorities. This individual will also be attentive to details, and hold strong interpersonal skills. They also have:
3 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or similar role
Advanced Microsoft Excel user with the ability to build complex models and create robust analysis
Showed strength in structuring complex problems, developing solutions, and crafting recommendations into easily digestible communications
Acute attention to detail with expertise in performing detailed audits and reconciliations
Bonus: Experience with Xactly or similar compensation platform.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
