Job Responsibilities:Efficiently deliver and design high quality consulting projects related to total benefits management and benefits and total compensation management Reported and continuously communicated with clients on their plans, managed project revenues, supervised and controlled project delivery progress, and trained and managed project members Cooperate with the sales team to complete the technical support work of the preliminary sales work, and assist to improve the professional technical scheme of the proposal Use in-depth human resources, especially benefits management expertise, to turn customers' business problems into holistic solutions to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business Provide meaningful insights and potential to improve internal professional methodology systems and delivery processes, as well as external customer delivery materials and solutions Continuously present solutions and recommendations to the senior management team in a structured and clear mannerJob Requirements: Master degree in business, human resources, finance, economics or related field. MBA or related master degree preferred.
