Ambassador Personnel is in search of an experienced Onsite Recruiter to join our team in Knoxville, TN! Competitive Pay Benefits!
The Onsite Recruiter will match qualified candidates with our client to find the best fits for their current position openings. This is a critical role, as the Onsite Coordinator is working with the client to ensure they are recruiting and hiring the best talent!
This position requires someone who is a multi-tasker, able to work in a fast paced environment, able to meet deadlines and works well under pressure. You have to be able to work independently and be self-motivated. We need someone to join our team who understands the full process of recruiting someone from start to finish. We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of recruiting experience in a staffing firm environment.
Job Requirements:
Job Duties to include but are not limited to:
* Utilizing job boards and internal database to recruit potential candidates for open positions.
* Pre-screen, screen and interview potential candidates. Conducting in-person interviews with scheduled and walk-in candidates for open positions.
* Scheduling interview or placement confirmation between candidate and client.
* Completing all required new hire paperwork, ensuring the applicant has completed all necessary paperwork correctly.
* Assisting with scheduling the pre-employment testing and verifying results.
* Building a strong relationship with your client developing the relationship and business.
* Assist employees answering questions and assisting with help or assistance they may need in an HR capacity.
* Working with Risk Management; Assisting with worker's compensation claims from start to finish.
* Maintain, file and upkeep of employee records, documentation for applicant tracking system.
