Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR functions
Define organizational long-term goals in collaboration with executive leadership
Ensure HR compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
Research, plan, and implement market competitive compensation, benefits, and employee incentive programs
Handle benefits administration and open enrollment
Foster employee engagement for both onsite and remote employees
Assist with payroll
Develop strategies for talent acquisition
Handle full-cycle recruiting for open roles
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant study
5 years experience in HR Management (Director experience preferred)
Experience in the Healthcare Industry or a start-up environment is a plus
Up-to-date knowledge on state laws regarding HR functions
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
$90,000 - $125,000
