Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Compensation:
up to $20.00/hourly

Phoenix, AZ
Hours:
Flexible Hours between 8:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements:
Must have minimum of 6 months of administrative experience
Must have efficient at-home setup including high speed internet, lab top, etc.
Must be reside in Arizona
Job Description:
Serves as point of contact to candidates’ questions or concerns
Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System
Partner with various teams to ensure candidates have a smooth new hire transition
Audit files, job descriptions and other various documents
Initiate onboarding process including trainings, benefits, etc.
Completes weekly report on employment activity
Performs other related duties as assigned
