This position offers an opportunity to help the business succeed by engaging top talent in the marketplace. You will work closely with HR, TA and business leaders locally, and report to the EMEA Early Careers TA Leader.Within your daily tasks there will be:Partner with business leaders and HR Advisors on workforce and recruiting strategies, support Hiring Managers based onsite and remotely.Develop and implement the early careers (campus) recruitment strategy for Aon Netherlands with support from Aon’s EMEA Early Careers Leader and our global early career team and frameworks.Build and manage relationships with study associations and educational institutions to enable Aon to access high potential talent.Organise and attend virtual and in-person events representing Aon and our early careers programmes. Including liaising and briefing hiring managers and colleagues to support the events.Build Aon’s employer brand within universities across the Netherlands, ensuring wide coverage and promotion of all early careers (campus) vacancies through Aon’s careers site, job boards and social media.Partner with hiring managers and HR advisors to understand role profiles and requirements for early career roles and source diverse top talent.Develop, plan and deliver Aon’s early careers diversity and inclusion strategy for Aon Netherlands within attraction and selection, including events and activities to attract and recruit candidates who would not have previously considered roles with Aon.Implement Aon Early Careers Employer Branding actions / campaigns, for Aon Netherlands with support from EMEA Early Careers Leaders.Implement effective recruiting strategies and processes to ensure a high level of service delivery and ultimately improve client service delivery feedback.Share market insights, internal and external data and providing strategic insights about early careers talent to the business leaders and internal clients.Continually seek to understand how each functional role contributes to the success of the business.Continually build a talent pipeline to solve future business needs with a focus on specific patterns of performance to identify candidates who will deliver high quality performance and results.Provide frequent touch points with leaders on progress and results.Participate in project work within the global Early Careers team and Talent Acquisition team;How this opportunity is differentAs a member of a wider team global early careers and talent acquisition team, this role offers a possibility to work on recruitment projects for various solution lines with an access to senior leadership.Skills and experience that will lead to successExtensive experience in early careers (campus) recruitment (from in-house or recruitment agency);Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract candidates for early careers and junior positions;Ability to make impact and manage internal client relationships and expectations;Ability to work well with all levels of the organization;Proficient Dutch and excellent English language skills (C1);High attention to details and good time management;Ability to use computer applications, familiarity with an ATS and sourcing tools and techniques;Self motivation, ability to take ownership.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
