As Human Resource Manager, you will play a key role in leading and executing human resource programs to meet that vision.
This leadership position is responsible for effective implementation and monitoring of human resource programs, policies, and procedures and support functional areas including employee relations, talent development, regulatory and compliance programs, and compensation and benefits administration.
Responsibilities of this position include:
Identifies legal requirements and regulations affecting the human resource function and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Provide leadership and consultation regarding talent management, employee performance, and development. Provides coaching to leaders and employees as appropriate.
Plans and oversees orientation and onboarding programs for new employees as well as training programs and initiatives for supervisors and managers.
Providers leadership and initiatives to support employee engagement including corporate communications, two-way meetings and other retention initiatives.
Support the administration of company compensation, benefits, and payroll programs.
Understands and uses human resource data to provide solutions to the needs of the business.
Conduct ongoing analysis of human resource processes and recommend improvements in order increase efficiencies, effectiveness and ensure consistent execution of daily operations.
Other activities as required in support of overall human resource strategic initiatives.
Job requirements
Top candidates will possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to partner with and influence employees at all levels of the organization. Other requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field plus 5 or more years of HR experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must possess an understanding of employment law, HR processes, and HR metrics, PHR and/or SHRM-PC preferred. In depth knowledge of workers compensation and FMLA/LOA preferred.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
