The candidate will get exposure to wing to wing talent development process management, stakeholder communication, deployment of new programs and solutions, partnering in content/program design projects, creating and deploying domain & technical training framework. The candidate will be required to maintain the Talent development MIS and manage the business reporting for the same.  The candidate is expected to spend majority of their time and effort (50-60%) in the delivery of learning programs and events in classrooms, up to 30% of which could be spent in facilitation and rest in stakeholder management. This profile will be an excellent platform for the candidate to develop subject matter expertise in the respective domain and keep themselves updated with the changing business direction and technologies.  Along with the core facilitation deliverables the candidate will also be responsible for interfacing with Business to drive aligned TD projects, Support Transitions, Ongoing Training interventions and assist the TD Relationship manager/ learning manager in Reporting & Communication.Role Overview1.     PlanningAnalyze training needs at cyclic frequency for the business and develop & deploy implementation plans for the same.Participate in discussions with LD (Leadership Development team) and business stakeholders to recommend training programs that would best meet the needs of the businessProvide inputs to LD leadership to help them understand the client and business needsIdentify ways to follow-up on the effectiveness of learning events and build upon the in-classroom/on-line learning experiencesParticipate in post implementation reviews to assess effectiveness of learning deliveryConsult with Client Team/Unit Managers to identify ways in which learners can apply their learning outside the classroom. Training Delivery Develop/update domain knowledgeProvide subject matter expertise for curriculum developmentTake adequate knowledge transitions when processes get transitioned across locationsDeliver trainings for business stakeholders to cater to their training requirementsEnsure availability of all required resources for the effective delivery of trainings and a smooth learning experienceEnsure that the delivery of training is focused, interactive, flows well, and relevant to the business/participant requirementsEnsure learning programs are consistently delivered and leveraged globallyProvide support to Design team to design/ develop/ maintain/ enhance courses/trainingsDrive the projects aligned to on Talent DevelopmentRecommend technology or process-based solutions that will improve training delivery to clients and/or ensure better compliance.  MIS & Data Management Collate required training metrics data & prepare dashboards on a monthly basis (participation, effectiveness, no-shows, cost per participant etc.)Monitoring Training Reports and evaluating the overall performance of the batchesMonitoring respective Trainer’s performance and having mechanism to have feedback from participants and taking relevant actionsSelf- reporting as per the business/function requirements. Stakeholder Management Establish a communication rhythm and publish communication calendar/updates with key stakeholderCapture the stakeholder requirements from TD in projects/initiatives and ongoing and deliver to the samePotential risk flagging in a timely manner to mitigate any delivery risks Vendor Management Work with existing vendors to plan and execute the regular offerings and on demand learning sessionIdentify new partners if an exclusive need comes upEvaluate the trainers for each external session.PO/ Payments -
