This role will partner with various leaders and colleagues across our firm to help design and execute our culture & change priorities—spanning leadership development, onboarding, and engagement.  This individual will collaborate with members of the culture transformation team, Aon internal communicators, and colleagues within the people org to ensure required elements of Aon’s future state culture are reflected and embedded in the colleague experience. Job Responsibilities:Lead key elements of the North America Colleague Experience in support of the broader culture change strategy, including executing the strategy and ownership of various key pillars across colleague experience (e.g., leadership development, onboarding and engagement).Execute creative strategies to build momentum and create a collective movement for change within lower levels of the organization to support the top-down colleague experience that has been developed.Partner collaboratively with other culture and change content experts (e.g., deployment, learning, apprenticeship) to help inform North America colleague experience priorities and needs.Build trusted partnerships with leaders to help influence how the firm thinks about strategic colleague experience.Partner with Aon internal communicators to ensure colleague messages and channels appropriately reflect strategic culture priorities.You Bring Knowledge and Expertise2 years of leading culture and change efforts and a proven track record of innovation and results working across a corporate/business unit structureBachelor's degree in a related discipline; graduate degree a plus (e.g., Business, Human Resources, Communication, English)Demonstrated ability to execute culture change strategies that drive behavior change and deliver results in support of business strategies.
