Summary: This position is a key member of the Total Rewards function ensuring the company's compensation programs are appropriate to the needs of the organization, are competitive and compliant. The individual will be accountable for understanding business priorities and enacting compensation related strategies to achieve them. The role must balance competing priorities, problem-solve, and work with a diverse body of stakeholders across the company.Responsibilities include: Under general guidance, translate broader strategies and objectives into specific program design and policy recommendations, utilizing internal or external consulting resources as appropriate, to ensure all elements of compensation are appropriately balanced and competitive relative to the needs of the company and patterns within the industryLead and direct, in partnership with internal resources, the creation and distribution of communications to drive program engagement and effectivenessDevelop various analysis and presentations for the CEO and other senior executives relative to competitiveness and design of compensation elements of Team Member total rewardsMonitor the effectiveness of programs and recommend modifications to reduce costs and improve deliveryPartner with other corporate areas to ensure full compliance of all compensation programs (e.g. Accounting, Tax, and Legal)Provide M&A due diligence reviews and assessments and implementation strategies.Provide specialist advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.Perform other duties as assignedRequirements:Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredExperience: 8 years of compensation or related experienceSpecial Skills: Relationship Building; Communication; Consulting; Strategic Thought Leadership; Business Impact Focus; Courage; Creative Analytical, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking; People Leadership; Simplification; CCP or similar certification a plusSupervisory: NoneLocation: Springdale, AR (preferred)Travel: Up to 15% travel required
