Team Assistant, Human Resources (London- Hybrid, UK) We’re hiring!We are looking for someone who is interested in working within Human Resources. The team assistant role will provide a good grounding around all aspects of HR and we are keen to progress the right person who demonstrates the desire and ability within the function. This is a hybrid position which will see you working at home and from our London office. In this position, you will provide administrative, organizational support and time management expertise to navigate competing priorities and a breadth of responsibilities for three Lead People Partners and their teams in the People Organisation. Responsibilities include, managing professional, complex, and confidential information, supporting extensive diary management, and accommodating changing and sometimes competing priorities at short notice.Undertaking activities including collecting and compiling data for various purposes relating to Human Resources. Produce reports and other documentation within tight deadlines. Maintain ad update online filing systems as appropriate.You will regularly work across a wide range of areas such as employee relations, engagement, diversity & inclusion, change management, performance management, compensation, talent acquisition and talent development.
