Addison Group has an opening for a HRIS/IT Clerk. In this role you will be assisting the HRIS department. This includes resolving issues within the HRIS system, fielding support calls/emails, guiding users with troubleshooting process.
Must have:
1 year of experience in customer technical support
Able to explain technical issues to both technical and nontechnical employees and customers
