HR Generalist/ HR Manager Opportunity with Growing Company!
Responsibilities:
Welcome new team members through improving and ensuring a comprehensive onboarding and new hire orientation experience
Oversee hiring documentation verification (I-9s, background checks) and compliance trainings
Support in areas related to benefit enrollment, payroll, and leave of absence administration
Create, manage, and maintain employee personnel files and ensure all platforms are up to date with correct employee information
Support with the administration of company-wide surveys and performance review cycles
Partner with People Ops team to maintain a compliant employee handbook
Prepare HR documents related to compensation changes, promotions, transfers, employment verifications, leaves of absence, and terminations, etc.
Partner with the People Ops team to ensure overall HR strategy, systems, and policy maintenance across the organization
Support an organization of exempt and non-exempt, hourly, and salaried and full time and contract employees
Oversee office management including, but not limited to, supplies, mailing, maintenance, policies, and bills
Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
Partner with managers to support a healthy culture
Assist with ad-hoc people operations projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
3 years experience
Experience working with remote employees and multiple locations
Experience with and adaptable to fast-paced start up environment
Familiar with payroll
Strong written communication and highly developed interpersonal skills
Prioritize and handle multiple high-priority requests and tasks with ease
Experience in Google Suite, Slack, and can pick up new systems/ tools quickly
Pay:
$95,000 - $100,000
