Job Summary
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Talent Organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team supporting the Headquarters Business Unit based in Philadelphia, PA. This position applies solid Talent Acquisition strategy, project management methodology, communications, and leadership skills to efficiently and effectively assure a high caliber and diverse workforce that will support **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s culture, mission, and values.
Job Description
This individual will lead a team of 2 early career recruiters and be responsible for programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and onboarding of internship and co-op talent. They will be responsible for partnering with HR, Finance and Hiring Managers to build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward. This role will also be responsible for ensuring talent processes comply with appropriate business controls and protocols. Individuals in this role will also have responsibility for providing work direction, guiding employees on various processes, and acting as a point of escalation for team members.
Strategic Sourcing:
Design, implement and execute robust, innovative, university specific recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent and meet hiring goals
Develop and implement recruitment, staffing and retention strategies that support business objectives, improve employee and business performance, and gain a return on investment for the business.
Collaborates with internal teams to Ident to ensure a constant pipeline of talented and diverse applicants. Accountable for metrics that drive optimal staffing performance.
Program Leadership:
Influences and drives strategic awareness regarding program requirements, policies, objectives, and early career development strategies.
Demonstrates ability to drive Talent processes and projects, delivering high quality services in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Collaborates with recruitment team and other departments to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes.
Enterprise Collaboration:
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with the talent partners, CoE partners, and business partners, across the enterprise to promote greater alignment in our early career talent approach.
Collaborates with the Talent Strategy and Experience CoE to understand the business impact of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, as it relates to talent process alignment.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (will consider equivalent experience)
5-7 years' experience in Talent/Recruiting/Sourcing
2 years' experience in a Talent/Recruiting leadership role
Proficient in the utilization of all the Microsoft Office Suite programs, including, but not limited to MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to work a flexible hybrid schedule (Tuesday - Thursday in the PHL office)
