Job DescriptionnTalent Sourcer n (def.) search and identify suitable candidates for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. n In this role, you will: nnnProactively source candidates using Boolean searches, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, niche job boards, search engines, company target lists, referrals, and other social media sites. nScreen candidates to determine abilities, interest level, salary range, qualifications, and cultural fit. nTarget positions based on open job types.nCultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates for immediate and forecasted hiring needs. nActively research, develop, investigate, and implement new sourcing strategies.nKnow how to use/utilize vendor sites. nMatch candidates with jobs and recruit for specific clients when needed.nLearn Bullhorn and understand how to run searches and enter data.nFormat resumes, obtain references, send skills checklists, and travel applications.nOther duties as assigned.nnAbout you: nnnYou are a people person.
