Human Resources Business Partner
Responsibilities
Responsible for employee on-boarding and supporting the employee life-cycle including benefits enrolment, leave support, document management and termination process
Supporting the monthly payroll process for Hungary
Responsible for handling HR administration
Working together with the HR team to create an excellent employee experience.
Participate in creating HR strategies that is aligned with our company’s goals.
Maintain our compliance and employee well-being system.
Supporting the administration and coordination of employee personnel files adhering to company-wide policies and procedures
Answer employee questions and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
5 years of experience in HR, ideally in a corporate environment.
2 year experience in payroll processing and administration
Experience in the Financial industry preferred. Technology industry experience as a plus
Extensive experience in HR administration
Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics or related field
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of Hungarian labour law, policies and regulations.
You are approachable, collaborative, energetic, yet analytical and data driven.
You are able to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with business stakeholders in different regions, ability to multi-task.
