Description:
This a full cycle recruiter position – someone has to have experience with filling corporate positions (Ie. HR roles, L&D, employee relations, DEI, Marketing, F&A, etc).
Previous experience working with Hiring Managers (management is a must) and building solid relationships.
Must be a think outside of the box to build candidate pipeline.
Must have worked in a fast paced environment (ideally agency recruiting experience).
Handles high volume reqs (20 ).
ATS experience and management.
