Profile

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Global, Regional and Local HRIS initiatives/projects
• To work closely with Asia market HRs & IT team to deliver projects and continuous enhancement of HR system functionalities and processes
• Contribute actively to various system enhancement/development initiatives from both technical and user perspectives
• Identify possible streamlining opportunities on workflow by automation and perform an advisory role to team members on relevant execution and implementation
• Manage and liaise with external vendors for ongoing support issues, upgrades and system issues
• To assist in preparing various analysis and reports for the region
• Conduct regular review of HR data and processes in regular basis
• To coordinate and support on any HR system related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Information System Management or related disciplines
• 6-8 years or above of relevant regional working experience related to HRIS
• Good business acumen with strong in data management and figures, high attention to details, analytical and problem solving skills
• Solid experience in Workday or related sizable HR platform
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• High flexibility, independent and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
