As a Payroll Administrator, you will process payroll for all group branches.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:u2022 This position is responsible for preparing reports and recommending procedures to improve organizational performance.u2022 This position is responsible for accurately maintaining Payroll files and records in a timely manner. Responsible for the processing and shipping of payroll checks.u2022 Responsible for routine payroll functions and maintaining accurate payroll files and records.u2022 Responsible for maintaining/updating payroll records and acts as a liaison between Profit Centers, Field and Corporate staff.u2022 Has a working knowledge of Ceridian software to support personnel.u2022 Performs any other duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager / HR Manager.u2022 Being accountable and responsible for all aspects of quality service for internal employees.u2022 Research and resolve employee questions / concerns.u2022 Process manual checks for employee payments.u2022 Maintain employee's files and records.u2022 Enter wage garnishments / levies as appropriate.u2022 Perform other duties assigned as by the manager.QUALIFICATIONS:u2022 High School Diplomau2022 2 year accounting degree desirableu2022 Prior Payroll or Customer Service experience, Workday experienceu2022 Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Wordu2022 4 years of general office work experienceu2022 Keen and strong attention to detailu2022 Ability to Multi-task and be highly organizedu2022 Excellent verbal skillsu2022 Must be able to work overtime.The above description covers the principal duties and responsibilities of the job.
