We are currently recruiting for a Talent Manager to join our Region North team, based in London, UK. Reporting to the Senior Talent Development Manager, the Talent Manager will work in partnership with the Talent Development team, our European Headquarters Talent Team and senior business stakeholders across Region North (UK, Ireland, Nordics & Netherlands).

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Lead on the roll out of our talent management approach – scaling across the full organisation in both retail and head office
  • Create a highly engaging, scaleable talent pool offering.  Identifying future talent needs in partnership with business leaders and the wider talent team.
  • Building talent tools with our European head office to ensure every Associate is able to drive their career across Region North and beyond.
  • Build and track 2 for 1 succession planning principles using Build, Borrow and Buy methodology
  • Design and deliver, in partnership with the wider Talent Development team, Emerging Talent and Career Development programmes.
  • Create Talent Dashboards and metrics for regular reporting to the Region North Leadership Team and Business partnering function.

You must have previous experience in a similar role in order to apply for this position. We are looking for an an experienced talent professional with strong talent knowledge and organisational design. You will have a strong understanding of performance & potential and is able to clearly define the parameters. You must also have excellent Excel and Data analysis skills to make informed decisions. Experince of working within a fast-paced environment is also essential.
