Nous recherchons au sein du département RH, un(e) talent acquisition specialist(e) en CDI dont la mission principale sera de recruter les futurs(es) talents de PVH pour le siège et le réseau de points de vente en France. Vous êtes garant(e) de l’expérience candidat(e) !

Concrètement il s'agit de :

AVOIR UNE VISION À 360° DE L’ACTIVITÉ

- Gestion des recrutements Retail CDI/CDD/Stages en autonomie (sourcing, call, entretiens individuels et collectifs).
- Recrutement des stages du siège
- Gestion du suivi du recrutement dans notre outil SIRH, Workday.
- Organisation et participation à différents Forums Ecoles
- Marque employeur
- Projets Inclusion & Diversité
- Participation à divers projets initiés par la Direction des Ressources Humaines.

Vous reporterez à la Talent Acquisition and Inclusion & Diversity Manager et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe RH.

Vous avez une première expérience en talent acquisition / recrutement / I&D (minimum 6 mois)

Vous serez l’ambassadeur(rice) de nos marques auprès des candidats(es) et des clients(es) internes. A ce titre, nous recherchons une personnalité disposant d’un excellent relationnel, le sens de la communication, le goût du challenge et la culture du résultat.

Compétences techniques :

Vous disposez d’une bonne maitrise du pack office et êtes à l'aise pour créer des présentations sur Powerpoint ou Canva.
Vous avez idéalement déjà travaillé avec Workday ou un autre ATS.

Vous avez une excellente expression orale et écrite (vous serez amené(e) à participer à la rédaction d’annonces et autres supports).

Votre niveau d'anglais est courant.

About the role

We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist in CDI within the HR department, whose main mission will be to recruit the future talents of PVH for the head office and the network of sales outlets in France. You will be responsible for the candidate experience!

HAVE A 360° VIEW OF THE BUSINESS

- Management of the Retail CDI/CDD/Internships recruitments in autonomy (sourcing, call, individual and collective interviews).
- Recruitment of internships at the head office
- Management of the recruitment follow-up in our HRIS tool, Workday.
- Organization of and participation in various school forums
- Employer branding
- Inclusion & Diversity projects
- Participation in various projects initiated by the Human Resources Department.

A word about the Talent Acquisition team:

You will report to the Talent Acquisition and Inclusion & Diversity Manager and work closely with the HR team.

You have a first experience in talent acquisition / recruitment / I&D (minimum 6 months)

Personality:

You will be the ambassador of our brands to candidates and internal clients. As such, we are looking for a personality with excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of communication, a taste for challenge and a results-oriented culture.

Technical skills:

You have a good command of the office pack and are comfortable creating presentations on Powerpoint or Canva.
You have ideally already worked with Workday or another ATS.

You have an excellent oral and written expression (you will be asked to participate in the writing of announcements and other materials).

Your English level is fluent.
