In your role, you will:

- Assist the Talent Acquisition agenda by assisting with the development of a one to three-year strategic workforce plan, converting the strategic plan to an annual recruiting plan, partnering with peers in driving the organization's collective diversity strategy, and integrating the recruiting and diversity plan into business processes and strategies.
- Ensure that the recruiting processes and hiring engine are delivering effectively and in an integrated manner with the overall talent needs. In doing so, a constant focus will be placed on hiring the top talent for today and ensuring a pipeline of innovative talent for the future.
- Responsible for the effective working relationship with several central recruiting resources to drive an integrated, productive and cost effective recruiting strategy.
- Collaborates with other Shared Services teams to improve talent acquisition effectiveness.
- Partnering with hiring managers, other members of the HR community, as well as team colleagues to determine the current and future recruiting needs.
- Developing and executing candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of talent, including directly sourcing candidates, with an emphasis on diversity.
- Performing extensive research, industry calibration, and reference checking.
- Extend and negotiate offers to candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS
As our ideal candidate,
- You typically a minimum of 5+ years of related business experience
- You typically a minimum of 3+ years of executive or corporate recruiting experience.
- You have working knowledge in volume hiring and understanding of talent acquisition and its impact on overall business strategy.
- You have working knowledge in placing top talent within a technical industry, preferably commercial or business aircraft companies.
- You have excellent cross-group collaboration skills, ability to influence and consult with executives, and strong people and business acumen are essential.
- You have proven success in building influential relationships with candidates, and experience placing top talent within the aerospace industry, preferably at business aircraft companies.
- You have an understanding of compensation and the ability to analyze compensation packages, present offers, negotiate and close candidates.
- You have expertise in volume hiring and understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and its impact on overall business strategy.
- You have demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
- You have cross-group collaboration with exceptional problem-solving abilities as well as strong competency in strategic thinking.
- You have proven success in building influential relationships with candidates, and experience placing top talent within the aerospace industry, preferably at business aircraft companies.
- You have the ability to understand, articulate, and document a hiring manager's stated requirements, and formulate a clear value proposition that will attract the caliber of candidate required to meet those requirements.
- You have proven ability to assess internal and external candidates for abilities to perform the role, as well as leadership competencies, culture fit and other compatibility issues that are critical to success.
- You have strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills.
- You have excellent cross-group collaboration skills and the ability to influence and consult with senior executives.
- You have strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- You have experience working with Applicant Tracking System and candidate databases.
