HR Administrative AssistantGENERAL SUMMARY: Provides a wide variety of general administrative support to HR department. Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations. Coordinates office services, such as personnel, housekeeping, records control, and special management studies.u00A0ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with employee appreciation projects.Assist with program administration, monitoring projects and/or reviewing processes specific to the department served.Assist management with reporting requirements as needed.Composes and generates written correspondence to communicate with internal and external customers, answering and directing phone calls, and collect/distribute mailConduct daily COVID screenings as personnel enter the building (temperature checks and questionnaire)Assist with HR functions to include but not limited to team member appreciation giftsMakes meeting and travel arrangements as neededPromotes a positive and professional representation of the company to each customer.Maintains ability to perform efficiently and follow through on all details, in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.May require availability outside of normal business hours.Assists with other projects and duties as assignedThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
