**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., New England's premier Home Improvement company, is growing rapidly!  We are seeking an Accounting/Payroll Specialist to join our team.  This position would be responsible for payroll as well as support Accounts Payable.  
Responsibilities:
Review hours, time off requests, and approvals in ADP Workforce Now.
Performs tax changes, wage garnishments, deductions, and direct deposits.
Calculate sales commissions, applicable bonuses, and monthly incentives.
Calculate installation labor costs for payroll and job costing.
Review and process all employee expense reimbursements.
Issue bi-weekly, monthly, and any ad-hoc payroll reports.
Enter vendor and subcontractor invoices into Salesforce CRM and NetSuite.
Assist in check runs, job costing, and vendor set-up.
Requirements:
Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now.
Must have 3 years of payroll experience.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Must have intermediate experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Excel, and Office 365.
Experience with Salesforce and NetSuit is a plus.
GAAP knowledge and previous AP experience are preferred.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced position that requires a sense of urgency and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.  If you have an exceptional mathematical aptitude and a personality that can handle stressful situations with grace, this could be the right position for you!  This position is in our Woburn office and is NOT a remote position.  Hours are Monday through Friday 8-5.  Salary commensurate with experience.
