HR Process Analyst

Job Summary:
The HR Process Analyst provides functional and technical support to users of HR systems. In close cooperation with other HR Process Analysts, HR Process Project Managers and Applications Support Analysts, he/she provides quality support services to Employees, Managers and the HR Community.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Troubleshoots, resolves and communicates solution to end users via Regional HR IT Analysts (Level 1 support). This includes data and non-data related problems. Coordinates with IT service providers and IT Governance on non-data related problems as needed.
Analyzes change requests to HR applications and details the related business requirements with the requestor. Validates follow-up on development and alpha testing and performs acceptance, integration and regression testing prior to deployment. Communicates with users and provides associated training when necessary. Ensures that related functional and technical documentations are updated.
Assists HR Process Manager and HR IT Project Manager as needed.
Conducts regular data quality audits to detect errors and make corrections. Proposes business process or application improvements that will prevent reoccurrences.
Performs HR systems regression testing and tests system upgrades and releases to ensure bug-free information systems.
Prepares and delivers training material to address specific training needs.
Maintains current information on HR systems support operating procedures. Writes operating procedures/manuals when required.
Keeps abreast of technology developments that could facilitate or improve the performance of HR systems and processes and makes recommendations for changes as appropriate.
Complies with all applicable Schlumberger standards and policies.
Assists with the coaching and development of new team members.
Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy & Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics and Physics
3 years’ experience and above in SAP Success Factor
