About the job
Twilio is looking for a leader who has a demonstrated track record of balancing local with global while supporting dynamic global business leaders.
This position is needed to support the growth at Twilio. You will lead a team of Talent Partners who find the most interesting candidates for Twilio who demonstrate the Twilio magic. You will partner with APJ Sales leaders and focus on providing remarkable candidate experience, guiding candidates through our hiring process.
As the team at Twilio has grown so has our talent acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to join Twilio and support the rapid growth of our sales team in APJ region.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Partner with senior leaders (VPs and GMs) to develop, prioritise, and deliver on comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies
simultaneously manage thorough reporting and analysis, people management, client support and organization wide hiring across multiple teams
partner with peers and leaders in other locations to facilitate delivery of the global recruiting plan
Build strong relationships across functions and customers (FP&A, HR, Total Rewards, the business and with candidates) that will create great outcomes.
Take the lead on partnering with business leaders to build a hiring strategy then take the lead on implementing and delivering on that strategy with your team of Talent Acquisition Partners. Ensure a flawless business and candidate experience and always maintain operational excellence.
Build strategic plans to grow our diverse talent pools, work with leaders to evaluate diversity on their teams and help your recruiters to expand beyond the normal channels to discover great candidates.

Required:
5 years’ experience in a recruiting role, preferably at a high-growth, technology (software) SaaS company, with experience leading a team. Experience with hiring for sales teams is a bonus
Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, especially for high growth teams
Desired:
Experience within technology start-ups, successful SaaS companies, or major players in the technology industry
Location
This role will be based in our Sydney office.
No travel is anticipated.
