It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results.  The OpportunityReporting to the Singapore HR Generalist Team Leader, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated, dynamic and outcomes-focused HR professional to join a high-performing team.You will play a key role in the Singapore HR team from both operational and advisory perspective in supporting overall People Strategy of the firm through working directly with colleagues and business leaders.The role covers multiple areas of Human Resources including but not limited to Colleague Life Cycle Management, Engagement, Employee Relations, Compensation Cycle, Performance Management, Global Mobility support, Data Governance, Workforce Planning, HR Policy Governance, Company Benefits/Program. ResponsibilitiesEnsure the delivery of local HR policies, programs, and processes such as employee life-cycle, performance management, compensation cycle, workforce planning.Collaborate with country HR team, Regional HRBPs, Centre of Expertise (COE) in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to deliver holistic HR services to business stakeholders.Act as a primary point of contact for Colleagues and Business Leaders for HR operations matters.Operations ExcellenceProviding high level and timely client services by acting as key point of contact for HR/general Payroll queriesSupport and at times lead the implementation and communication plans for new or revised HR initiatives and policy as required.Manage and at times may be the escalation point to provide end to end Employee Relations process by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations and grievance mediations.Lead and handle all HR related Information and Documentation such as Reporting, Company Letters, Data Integrity in systems from all sources and respective parties in relation to HR Activities in scopeKeeping the HR Leadership team appraised of potential issues pertaining to the responsible portfolio and escalate accordingly.Share knowledge, learn and help build consensus to achieve team and organisation goals.Support Immigration, Visas and Work Authorisation.Seeing through end to end process of HR Activities in Scope including expatriate management international transfers and business travellers matters (with Global Mobility team) such as:o Engage in Conversations with stakeholders to understand the purpose & next stepso Reviewing and submission of documentationo System Data Input / Data Preparationo Guiding the process & collaboration with Global Mobility teamHR AdvocacyProvide consultative support to business leaders for change management, workforce planning, workforce relations (i.e., performance, misconduct, disciplinary matters), engagement.Contact point for manager and colleague inquiries and requests and from time to time working on non-routine issues.Establish strong relationships with leaders by demonstrating a good level understanding of key drivers of the business.Collaborate with COE and provide support in talent programs (annual cycle, performance, compensation and talent reviews) at country levelDeliver targeted HR training such as Induction, communication of HR Policy & Process, Performance Management, Engagement, Compensation Philosophy.Involve and at times lead and/or identify opportunities in HR related projectsRequirements:University degree/Diploma in HR disciplineMinimum 5 years’ experience as an HR generalist within fast paced, matrixed MNC environmentKnowledge of Human Resource organisational policies and practices.Proficient with local employment legislation criteriaDemonstrated resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid changeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to work with all levels of colleagues, including senior stakeholders.Strong client-focus with a passion for delivering added value.Results driven and take accountability for results.Comfort with data analytics and enjoy interpreting data to provide solutions to business leaders.Experience of being able to support HR projects and initiatives.Adaptable and can think on your feet; when faced with new challenges or tough conversations, you’re able to face them head-on with integrity.Have Payroll knowledge is a plusHow to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
