About the job
This position is needed because Twilio EMEA is growing rapidly and seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support our Berlin and Munich office. The person in this role will work with the Global HR BP team, other EMEA HR BP’s and our Centre of Expertise ( COE’s) to implement HR processes, policies and programs.
This role supports the site management and links the site to the wider HR team as appropriate to ensure consistency in how we deliver employee experience.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will need:
Experience implementing and driving the HR processes and policies.
Adept with Performance Management Process.
Experience working within a matrix organisational structure.
Experience identifying and resolving complex issues. Will take the initiative even under ambiguous circumstances.
Act as HR Site Lead on topics that are site specific e.g. labour law changes impacting local HR processes and policies.
Coach and guide people managers during talent management and compensation planning processes.

Required:
5 years of relevant work experience as HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR function preferably within a scaling or fast pace company.
Strong local Labour Law knowledge of Spain is required.
Strong coaching experience and experience driving a high-performance culture.
Location
This role will be based in our Berlin or Munich
office.
Approximately 20%
travel is anticipated.
