It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results.  Responsibilities: Delivering day to day client services, ensuring quality of services meet client agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Providing professional customer services & relationship buildingMonitoring the administrative process to ensure the accuracy and efficiencyWork closely with technology teams / Centre of Excellence (CoE) / external partiesProvide support to CoE and ensure high quality work are deliver to clients.Participate as tester for new implementation, renewal and regression testing to ensure configuration is fully tested and configured in line with signed off business requirementsAssist in business requirements gathering and documents updating for new client implementations and renewalsWork with Regional teams to drive Improvement / Efficiency projects and other automation drivesDevelop and maintain business and solution requirement documentations, process and user guidesAny other adhoc tasks assigned by leadership Requirements  University degree with at least 5 years’ experience in employee benefits industryPassed in IIQE papersCollaborative, team player, organized, goal-oriented, committed and ability to solve business problems.Effective reasoning and problem-solving skills.Good organizational awareness.Proven ability in coordinating and liaising with multiple partiesGood communication skills, both written and verbalGood negotiation and influencing skills.Results driven and take accountability for results. How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
