Job Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders and HR Advisors on workforce and recruiting strategiesLearn the business and advise as a Subject Matter Expert. Learn the key business driversContinually seek to understand how each functional role contributes to the success of the businessCollaborate with hiring managers to understand specific performance results desired for each role, developing performance profiles to rely upon during the hiring process (sourcing and recruiting, interviews, feedback sessions and final selection) to lead the team toward making effective, simple and practical hiring decisionsIncrease awareness on importance of diversity and ensure presentation of qualified, diverse slates of candidatesLeverage internal and external data and analytics to consult and communicate effectively with clientsImplement effective recruiting strategies and processes to ensure a high level of service delivery and ultimately improve client service delivery feedbackContinually build a talent pipeline to solve future business needs with a focus on specific patterns of performance to identify candidates who will deliver high quality performance and resultsProvide frequent touch points with leaders on progress and resultsMentor other TA colleaguesQualifications:Minimum 3 years corporate recruiting experienceExcellent sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and attract candidatesStrong business acumenExcellent communication, interpersonal and consultative skillsProactive and collaborative team-playerExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to manage internal client / stakeholder relationships and expectationsAbility to interact with all levels of the organizationKnowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing and other assessment techniquesKnowledge of ATS and CRM platformsBroad HR and outsourcing industry knowledge, with a personal network in this spaceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Desire to learn and display Aon’s values including acting with integrity and displaying commitment to our clients, colleagues and communityWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
