HR COORDINATOR/RECEPTIONISTHUMAN RESOURCESGuntersville, AL Job Description: General PurposeUnder direct supervision, answer switchboard and receive and log in visitors to the plant and perform a wide variety of clerical duties. Essential duties Check applications for completion and log applications into JobVite.Call applicants and schedule interviews.Maintain adequate number of new hire formsMaintain supplies for visitors, applicant tours, etc.Assist with applicant interviewsInterpret and translate both verbal and written communication as necessaryAssist HR Supervisors with required recordkeepingOperate computer to enter data related to HR recordkeeping and functions.Assist team members with basic HR related questionsOther duties as assigned Skills and abilitiesDemonstrate knowledge of computers, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Work and Outlook. Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people. Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments, exercise sound judgment and initiative to complete tasks according to schedule. References must indicate reliable attendance and punctuality, diligent performance, accuracy and attention to detail. Experience and Training High school level education or an equivalent combination of experience and education desired.
