Our client, an established advertising agency, is seeking a recruiter & talent partner to join their people team, reporting to the director of recruitment. They’re on a journey to build a fearless culture fueled by an inclusive workforce, and they’re nonprofit-owned and people-run.
What you’ll do:
Full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating with, and hiring candidates so we have the right people resources to achieve our vision for growth.
Train, collaborate, and advise hiring managers on our new inclusive hiring process.
Identify and implement creative solutions to attract top talent at all levels. There’s a war for talent going on and we want to win!
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, schools, and other innovative outlets so we have a wide, diverse candidate pool to meet our current and
future staffing needs.
Lead all aspects of our year-round internship program to ensure our prospective pipeline of talent is primed and ready for their next TRG challenge.
Implement various HR initiatives as assigned. This is a hybrid role: approximately 70% recruiting-focused and 30% talent-focused.

What do you have in your background?
A bachelor’s degree or possession of a wide range of education and life experiences; the ideal candidate combines an understanding of people and culture
5-7 years of recruiting and/or HR experience preferred
HR certification is a plus (HRCI or SHRM)
ATS system experience (preferably Jobvite)
Fun, engaging, and positive attitude
Pay Rate $80-85K dependent upon experience!
