Description

The Senior Organization Effectiveness Professional optimizes the effectiveness of a company, business unit, or team. Analyzes the internal structure of the organization and creates strategies to maximize employee work output and effectively utilize employee skills. The Senior Organization Effectiveness Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Organization Effectiveness Professional reviews the organizational structure, determines changes to organizational responsibilities, staffing, managerial skills and the quality of work life. Ensures policy/program changes affecting employees do not conflict with the organization's objectives. May develop change management strategies, design and implement development programs, and drive talent mobility initiatives. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree
Change Management Certification
At least 2 years of experience applying Change Management techniques
5 or more years of technical experience (i.e. organizational effectiveness)
Prior experience working with and/or creating assessment techniques (i.e. surveys, interviews, and/or data mining)
Excellent verbal and written communication


Preferred Qualifications


Master's Degree in Human Resources

Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
