Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for overall staffing for all positions at this facility; interviewing Team Member selection recruiting and all advertising; ensuring compliance with all EEO regulations; strictly adhering to all employment authorization guidelines in accordance with company and government regulations; coordinate affirmative action plan; assist with orientation of new Team Members as needed; and assist the human resource office in matters concerning Team Member relations. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience: 1 plus years HR experience preferred
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including generating simple letters spreadsheet and or graphics creating simple queries; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, eVerify, SAP, Workday and/or Kronos a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual skills a plus.
Travel: Local travel through the region 50% of the time or more.
Biosecurity: When visiting jobsites/biosecure environments, showering before entering the facilities is required. Appropriate clothing and footwear is provided by the Company. No jewelry may be worn on the jobsites except for medical ID jewelry. Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species (chickens, ducks, birds). The Company Animal Welfare Policy must be followed at all times.
Physical Requirements: Must use safe lifting techniques. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk or hear. The team member must occasionally lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds.

During the current Pandemic (2020), all Team Members will be required to wear company issued facial coverings. Training will be provided to each Team Member specific to their job and their facility location in addition to signing an acknowledgement form they understand these expectations.
It is considered an essential function of each job for a Team Member to wear the company issued facial coverings. If a Team Member indicates they will not wear the mask, they will not be considered for the position in which they are applying or any position that requires the facial covering. If a Team Member has a medical condition or disability that prevents them from wearing the mask, Cobb will engage in an interactive process to determine whether a reasonable accommodation can be provided that addresses the safety concerns associated with the Pandemic and allow the Team Member to perform the essential functions of the job.
